Vocational Training and
Professional Integration

In response to the country’s economic challenges, IECD with Semeurs d’Avenir aim to contribute to economic development and improve the employability of Lebanon’s workforce through modern, relevant vocational training programs that meet the needs of the local market.

Our different training programs target professional staff, youth, and individuals from vulnerable communities across the Lebanese territory in a wide variety of constantly evolving sectors.

Through strategic partnerships with the private sector and government institutions, we aim to facilitate access to training programs and equip supporting institutions or strengthen their capacities to ensure an innovative, safe, and inclusive work environment.
