Semeurs d’Avenir is a Lebanese non-governmental organization founded in 2010 with the support of the European Institute for Cooperation and Development (IECD). Established to sustain and expand IECD’s initiatives, it serves as the main partner of IECD in Lebanon. Through its action, Semeurs d’Avenir implements projects in vocational training and professional integration, entrepreneurship, education, agriculture, healthcare, and heritage preservation.
By working closely with local communities, private sector partners, and public institutions, the organization empowers youth and vulnerable groups, strengthens employability, and contributes to Lebanon’s social and economic development.
Our mission is to empower every woman and man to reveal their talents, face their future with confidence and fulfil their personal, social, and professional vocations.
We aim to bring out a new generation of fulfilled professionals and committed citizens, to transform their communities into a just, hopeful, and sustainable society.
With projects spread across 3 core interventions, we aim to strengthen the professional and social integration of youth and vulnerable populations all over Lebanon through education, vocational training, and support for small and micro enterprises.

The Lebanese non-governmental organization, Semeurs d’Avenir, was founded in 2010 with the support of the European Institute for Cooperation and Development (IECD), in order to put in place a local structure that can carry on and ensure the sustainability of projects launched by the IECD in Lebanon with its local partners. Semeurs d’Avenir is the main partner of IECD in Lebanon.
